**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: October 3, 2025
- Schedule: 9 to 10 call days per month, typically weekends
- Shift Type: 24-hour beeper call (7a 7a)
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Call Back: 80 percent
- Patient Volume: 2 to 4 patients and 5 to 7 phone consults per shift
- Admissions: 2 to 4
- Average Deliveries per Year: 630
- EMR: Athena / Medhost

**Clinical Details**
- Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients
- Support Staff: 3 to 4 RNs
- Beds in Department: 8

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active TX license
- BLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Full-scope OB including high-risk pregnancy and OB ultrasound (Level I)
- Vaginal and complicated deliveries including VBACs, multiples, breech, abruptions
- Surgical GYN including laparoscopic and operative procedures

**Compensation Information**
- Rates: $5,750 flat per 24-hour call shift
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway LoCare Locums
- Travel: Reimbursed (airfare, hotel, car rental, mileage if needed)
