**Location: Cooperstown, NY**
**Full-Time Position**
A progressive academic health system in Central New York is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Urology Division.
Position Highlights:
Join an established team of 3 surgeons and 3 advanced practice clinicians
Involvement in clinic, hospital, and OR coverage
Surgical call with stipend
Prior surgical experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $104,040 $132,078 (based on experience and qualifications)
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
Hospital-employed model with competitive salary
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan
Paid malpractice, CME time and allowance, and generous PTO
Supportive transition bonus
