**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 11/1/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 8a–8a call shifts
- Patients per Day: 5
- Call Details: Beeper, 30 min response, ratio 2, 30% callback, 6 phone consults, 1–2 patients seen, 1–2 admissions
- EMR: MEDHOST

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active KY license (IMLC accepted)
- ACLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Inpatient OBGYN call coverage
- Typical Procedures:
- Low and high-risk pregnancy management
- FHR interpretation and OB ultrasounds (Level I and II)
- Routine vaginal delivery, low forceps, decision-making for c-sections
- Complicated deliveries: c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Open and major operative gynecology procedures (ectopic, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
