**Breast Surgeon Opportunity – Northern Indiana**
**Board Eligible / Board Certified – Full-Time Position**
Position Highlights:
• Full-time role with outpatient clinic focus
• Shared call responsibilities with limited inpatient coverage
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Open to experienced surgeons or recent fellowship graduates
• Participation in interdisciplinary breast conferences and care planning
• On-call limited to after-hours on a rotating schedule
• Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically manage breast diseases
• Collaborate with radiology and pathology for diagnostic studies and imaging
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention, and follow-up
• Perform biopsies and minor procedures in a clinic setting
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and breast program meetings
Practice Environment:
• Multidisciplinary, team-based approach to patient care
• Weekly case review with a team including medical, surgical, radiation oncologists, naturopathic providers, dietitians, and mind-body counselors
• On-site clinical research and patient enrollment in clinical trials
• Offers advanced State-of-the-Art Ethos treatment technology
