Neonatologist " Community Level III NICU

Job Description:

• Provide clinical care for infants in a Community Level III NICU (average daily census: five; approximately 2,000 annual births).

• Manage newborns and deliver care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary perinatology team.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative.

• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure compassionate care.

• Deliver continuous 24/7 in-house coverage for all neonatal needs.

• Full-time or part-time positions available according to preference.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology required; Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification preferred.

• Permanent position; local residency required. Relocation may be necessary.

• Not accepting locum or visa candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $240,000"$300,000, plus bonus potential.
