• 100% outpatient family medicine with balanced 4.5-day schedule

• Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 5 pm; Friday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Hospital-employed position with established patient base
• Light call shared among regional providers with hospitalist support
