Job Description
Core Clinical Partners is recruiting full-time Hospitalists to join the established Hospital Medicine team at Regional Medical Center (RMC) Anniston, the regional referral hospital serving northeast Alabama. This W-2 employed position is part of a long-tenured physician group and benefits from Core’s integrated management of Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine, promoting aligned clinical workflows, efficient patient flow, and strong collaboration across services.
Position highlights
- Role: Night hospitalist (full-time nocturnist) to complement the existing team
- Night admissions: average 7–8 per shift
- Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off (schedule flexibility may be considered based on program needs)
- Coverage model: dedicated day and night physician teams
- ICU model: open ICU
- Day shift: no procedural requirements
- EMR: Paragon
