**Locums | Neonatal NP | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Centralia, WA**
**Why This Role**
- Critical coverage needed to keep service line open
- Low-volume NICU with average of 2 deliveries per day
- Temp privileges available for faster start
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 10/12/2025
- End Date: Ongoing (5-month contract)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Weekdays: 8:00am-5:00pm with night beeper call
- Weekends: 24-hour call with ~3 hours of rounding included as gratis
- EMR: Epic
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
**Clinical Details**
- Practice Setting: Inpatient neonatal care
- Average Deliveries: 2 per day
- Rounding: Required during weekend call
- Patient Volume: Low census but mission-critical
- Trauma Level: 3
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- No admissions or hospital privileges required
**Requirements**
- WA license or IMLC
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Relevant neonatal certification
- Clean history
**Skills Needed**
- Inpatient neonatal management
- Attending deliveries and postnatal stabilization
- Weekend rounding and on-call coverage
- Independent practice with remote support
**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
