Position Overview:
• Full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages
• Inpatient coverage responsibilities included
• Emergency Department staffed by Advanced Practice Providers; physicians provide back-up call (1:4)
Location Highlights:
• Serves the Lead, Deadwood, and surrounding communities (population ~27,215)
• Located in the Northern Black Hills — approx. 45 minutes from Rapid City and 20 minutes to Spearfish
• Deadwood is a National Historic Landmark rich in history dating back to the 1876 gold rush
• Lead is known as South Dakota’s Outdoor Recreation Capital, offering:
