Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic primary care team. This is an outpatient position, ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and community engagement. You will work in a collaborative environment, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and physician wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients aged 18 and older.
Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
Participate in shared call.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
Valid state medical license (or ability to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
