• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm schedule with 40-hour guarantee
• Home health setting providing comprehensive physical therapy services
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required -- no call
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team
• Experience with rehabilitation equipment and assistive devices required
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation system required
• Must have 2+ years acute care and home health experience
• 13-week assignment duration

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
