• Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm with guaranteed 40 hours weekly
• 60-minute evaluations, 40-minute treatment sessions -- primarily 1-on-1 care
• Outpatient orthopedic setting with minimal double booking
• Point of care documentation required
• Workers compensation experience preferred

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
