Job Description

Join the largest, most integrated health care system throughout north central Indiana and southwestern Michigan. The schedule is approximately 183 shifts per year, with mainly days, but some nights are required, 9 or 10 hour shifts allow for a great quality of life with a flexible schedule for ample time off, low census, and rounding shifts. International airport, 20 miles to the Lake Michigan shoreline and 90 miles to Chicago!

Affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine at Notre Dame and Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency Allows for Teaching of Residents, Medical Students and Supervision of Post-Graduate Trainees.
Procedures Not Required, but Available if Desired.
Open ICU with Full Time 24/7 Intensivist.
Unique Model is Separation of Call and Rounding Shifts, Allowing Hospitalists to Focus on Patient Care without Interruption.
Not Responsible for CODE BLUE, RAT Call, or CODE Stroke.
Cluster Shifts or 7 on/7 off Option.
Prestigious 5-Star CMS Hospital Rating.
Currently 35 Hospitalist on Staff and Growing.
