**BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist**

Position Overview:
• BC/BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist for a large multispecialty heart and vascular program
• Contribute to program growth, including establishing a destination LVAD center
• Provide outreach and clinical support at multiple facilities in the Charlotte market
Clinical Services Include:
• Non-invasive and interventional cardiology
• Cardiac imaging (CT and MRI)
• Electrophysiology (CRM, ICD, and atrial fibrillation ablation)
• Vascular surgery (open and endovascular)
• Cardiothoracic surgery (coronary revascularization, high-risk surgical valve repair/replacement)
• Structural heart and valve procedures (TAVR, MitraClip, ASD/PFO closure, VSD closure, Left Atrial Appendage Closure)

Required Skills & Training:
• Clinical consultative cardiology
• Proficiency in the management of the full spectrum of heart failure
• Fellowship training in heart failure, including mechanical circulatory support preferred
• Recent exposure to contemporary management of heart failure patients through all care transitions
• Recent or upcoming fellowship graduates are welcome to apply
