Earning potential up to $400,000+.
wRVU-based incentive structure with strong, established referral network.
4 weeks PTO in year one, increasing up to 6 weeks with tenure.
$3,000+ annual CME allowance with dedicated CME time.
Occurrence-based malpractice coverage included.
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement.
Immediate path to partnership (tenure dependent).
Full-time schedule, 5 days/week with flexible hybrid model.
Option for to 1 half to 1 full day of telehealth/remote clinic weekly.
Minimal after-hours phone call, shared among partners.
No hospital call responsibilities.
Patient volume of 18-20 per day (balanced mix of new and follow-ups).
Work alongside 23 Endocrinologists and 2 experienced Nurse Practitioners (cardiometabolic and pump-trained).
Fully supported practice: Dedicated staff handles scheduling, intake, admin tasks, and documentation.
Established, high-demand practice with immediate patient panel.
Two-year contract with structured onboarding and stability.
Practice located in Riverdale, MD with easy access to Washington, D.C..
