**Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine**
Are you a Family Physician interested in joining a highly regarded, physician-led, non-profit healthcare system in one of the fastest-growing areas in the United States? We are planning to hire an additional physician to join our team in Fall 2026. Our office is conveniently located near Lake Norman, Cornelius, Concord, and Charlotte, serving the community for approximately 10 years. This position is open to both experienced physicians and those completing residency in 2026.

Primary Care Approach:
• Same-day appointments, extended hours, e-visits, and video visits to meet patient needs
• Physician leaders maintain patient panels to stay connected to daily practice
• Team-based care including APPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists, and RNs

• Two-year salary guarantee, starting bonus, and relocation allowance

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program (fellowship for specialties)
• Current MD or DO license in the applicable state
• Board certified or board eligible
• Current DEA license
