• Night shifts 4 pm - 8 am weekdays, 2 pm - 8 am weekends
• 18 patient encounters expected per shift
• NICU admits patients 28 weeks and greater
• In-house respiratory therapy available 24 hours
• No transport or surgical components
• Admissions required -- no rounding
• Coverage needed for multiple dates through end of year
• NRP certification required
