**Position Type: Full-time, Permanent**

About the Opportunity:
• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with over 30 years of service providing primary care to local communities, including residents and migrant seasonal farm workers
• Multiple primary care centers throughout Atlantic, Salem, and Burlington counties
• Dedicated to reducing financial and cultural barriers to healthcare
• Physicians working in an FQHC may qualify for up to $50,000 through the Federal Loan Repayment Program
Schedule:
• Flexible work hours
• Daytime schedule (Monday–Friday)
• Up to 2 evening shifts per week
• Rotating Saturdays (half days)

Position Requirements:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid NJ medical license, CDS, DEA, and CPR
• Experience in family practice or community health preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
