• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm schedule
• 5 patient cases per day
• Coverage for both skilled nursing facility and home health settings
• Split position between SNF and home health settings
• Prior home health experience required
• New graduates with home health clinical experience considered
• 13-week assignment duration

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
