**Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine**
**Full Time Position**
Position Highlights:
• Provide care in a rural health setting
• Outpatient-only; no OB or inpatient medicine
• Hospital-employed position
• Minimal call required
• Team-based approach with ambulatory care manager, social worker, pharmacist, and nurse triage support
• Full-time with flexible scheduling
