**Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care & Surgery**
**Location: West Burlington, IA**
**Full-Time Position**
Position Highlights:
• Expansion opportunity with a growing medical staff
• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• No nights, weekends, or call – excellent work-life balance
• $15,000 commencement bonus + strong earning potential
• 7 weeks off annually plus 7 additional holiday days
• 380-bed, independent, financially stable health system
• Work alongside general and orthopedic surgeons; 10 ORs on main campus
• 24/7 board-certified ED physicians and hospitalists with strong nursing support
