EP locums role in WI - 80% procedural, no weekend call.

Health system in Central Wisconsin seeks Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology locums coverage 3–4 weeks per month until a perm hire is made. Practice is ~80% procedural / 20% clinic with weekday hours and minimal call. Client will wait for a WI license and offers Act 10 expedited credentialing.

Perform EP lab procedures (Afib, VT, SVT, Aflutter ablations; device/pacemaker implants; EP study with VT induction; loop implants).

Outpatient EP clinic (approx. 15–20 patients/day) or procedural days (~3–5 cases/day) depending on schedule.

Participate in limited call: one night of beeper call (no weekend call).

Coordinate care with cardiology team, anesthesia, and EP lab staff; complete documentation per policy.

Board-certified/Board-eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.

Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain; Act 10 expedited credentialing available).

Recent independent experience with complex ablations and device work as listed.

Clean professional history preferred for temporary privileges.

Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Call: One night of beeper call; no weekend call.

Coverage need: 3–4 weeks per month, ongoing until hire (can be split among multiple locums).

Ablations: Atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter

Devices: Pacemaker/ICD implants; loop recorder implants

EP Studies: Including VT induction

Clinic: Outpatient EP evaluations, device checks, follow-up management
