  • Call coverage only with 30-minute response time
  • Average 2 patient admissions per shift
  • General CV/thoracic surgery procedures including CABG
  • Call ratio 1:2
  • Chest wall pleural procedures and vent management required
  • Rounding responsibilities -- both in-person and remote
  • Average 1 phone consult per shift
  • Board certification required
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
  • Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
