- 24-hour shifts with 4 - 6 days of coverage
- 1 - 2 admissions and 2 - 3 critical care patients per day
- 100% critical care inpatient pediatric practice
- On-call responsibility during shifts including weekdays and weekends
- Management of ventilation, central lines, and arterial lines required
- Experience with chest tubes, ICP monitoring, and lumbar punctures needed
- Sedation management expertise required
- PALS certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
