**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 12/01/2025

- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: 1 week per month; weekdays 8a-5p clinic with call; night call 5p-8a; 24-hour weekend call
- Patients per Day: 5-8
- Call Details: Beeper call, 20-30 minute response, both weekday and weekend coverage
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (within 5 years of residency if BE)
- Active Texas license or IMLC license
- Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- DEA (TX)
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Consultative and procedural maternal-fetal medicine in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Typical Procedures:
- Comprehensive management of high-risk pregnancies including hypertensive disorders, diabetes, multiples, placenta complications, and advanced fetal procedures
- Ultrasound performance and interpretation (Level II/targeted, echocardiography)
- Prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, fetal blood sampling, and intrauterine transfusions
