**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active OH license
- Clean malpractice history (expedited privileges available for clean files)
- Comfortable supervising APCs

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Inpatient psychiatry call coverage and collaboration with multidisciplinary inpatient teams
- Typical Procedures/Responsibilities:
- Management of anxiety, affective, psychotic, personality, eating, developmental, and organic disorders
- Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application
- Treatment approaches include pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy

**Compensation**
