**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 11/15/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: One week per month; includes 3-4 days 24-hour call, 1 clinic day (8a-4p), and 3-4 additional call days; OR access as needed
- Patients per Day: 20-25
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active WA license or IMLC
- BLS
- Clean history
- Must be comfortable supervising APPs

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Adult inpatient and outpatient urology
- Required: General urology, advanced endoscopy, ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL
- Preferred: Laparoscopic surgery, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, renal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis
- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 APP

**Compensation**
- Rates (capped):
- $260 hourly
- $325 nightly call shift rate
- $1,850 24 hr call shift rate (includes 3 gratis hours)
- $360/hr call-back
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
