**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule:
- Clinic: 4 days per week, 8a-5p
- Call: ~8 days per month, 1:4 rotation; CNMs cover first call on weekends
- Patients per Day: 15-20 in clinic
- Deliveries: ~6 per week
- Call Response: 20 minutes
- Call Back: ~80% OB, ~20% GYN
- EMR: Epic (hospital and clinic)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN (ABMS or AOA)
- Active CO license or IMLC
- Minimum availability 3 weeks/month (full-time required)
- Must be COVID vaccinated
- Epic experience required
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Low and high risk pregnancy care
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I screening)
- Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, decision for C-section)
- Complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions)
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Gynecology:
- Office/minor GYN: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryo, LEEP
- Surgical GYN: Open and laparoscopic procedures (tubal ligation, LOA, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy)
- Support:
- Group of 3 OB/GYNs, 2 CNMs, RN clinic support
- Lab, ultrasound, and transfer protocols onsite
- 39 hospital beds, 4 ICU beds, Level II nursery
- Trauma Level: III

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
