Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team in Stillwell. This is a full-time outpatient position offering an excellent work-life balance and a patient-focused practice environment.
Details:
- Monday through Friday, outpatient clinic
- No nights, no weekends
- Value-Based Care model working with Geriatrics population
- Small patient panel of 7-10 patients daily
- Ability to focus on clinical care rather than high patient volume
- No lengthy credentialing process
- Full-time
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation $230,000 - $310,000. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and paid holidays.
Requirements:
- New graduates are welcome
- Fluency in Chinese-Cantonese preferred
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in New York
