**Outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Astoria, OR**
**Board Certification/Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine**
Practice Details
• Opportunity to transition your career into a fully outpatient practice
• Flexible four-day work week
• No in-person call requirements—only telephone-based call coverage
• Hospitalist services available to manage inpatient admissions
• Established community practice with experienced clinicians
• Diverse patient population with a wide range of pathology
Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications
• MD or DO degree

• Active Oregon Medical License
• DEA Certificate
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to achieve patient care goals
