Overview
We are looking for a Nocturnist APP to join our Henry Community Health (HCH) Family! Join an organization that supports you as you build your career and fosters an environment for a great work/life balance.
- Full time
- Inpatient
- Experienced APP preferred but willing to take and train a new graduate
- 12 hour shifts (7pm-7am), 7 days on/ 14 days off, Tuesday through Monday
- Responsible for admitting, consulting, and cross coverage for the hospital
- Average number of nightly admits is 6
- Manage 10 bed ICU, 30+ bed PCU (med/surg, tele)
- High patient acuity, but have physician pager backup if needed; hospitalist director always available if needed

About Henry Community Health
Henry Community Health is an integrated health system located in New Castle that serves Henry, western Wayne and northern Rush Counties. In addition to an acute-care hospital, HCH also provides a wide range of other healthcare services including a Cardiovascular Center which is a joint venture with St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana. This brings a new level of advanced heart care to Henry County residents who previously needed to go out-of-town for diagnostic catheterization and interventional vascular procedures.
