- Day shifts 7am - 5pm, night shifts 7pm - 7am, swing shifts 5pm - 9pm
- Average daily census of 20 - 24 patients
- Hospital inpatient coverage with ER admissions and ICU care
- Patient rounding and discharge management
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
