Job Description

  • Weekday hours 8am - 5pm, weekend hours 7am - 5pm -- no overnight call
  • 7 - 10 stroke alerts possible during 9-hour shifts
  • Inpatient acute stroke and emergency department coverage
  • 1 - 2 backup neurologists plus onsite nurse practitioner for support
  • Telestroke services for multiple regional hospitals
  • Required skills: radiologic exam interpretation, tPA, and brain death exams
  • Coverage includes neurosciences ICU stroke patient follow-up
  • General neurologist onsite for support during weekend coverage
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
  • Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
  • Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
