**Why This Role**
- Supplemental coverage to support trauma surgery service
- Flexible 7 on/7 off scheduling for full-time availability
- Join a collaborative surgical team in a Level 2 trauma center
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 11/01/2025
- End Date: 02/28/2026
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 7 on/7 off; inpatient surgical service
- Patients per Day: ~20
- EMR: Epic
**Requirements**
- Board Certified NP/PA in General Surgery
- Active WA license or IMLC
- ACLS
- Pediatric surgery experience required
- Clean history
**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Inpatient trauma/general surgery service
- Typical Responsibilities:
- Patient management on surgical floor
- Pre- and post-operative care
- Pediatric surgical cases as required
- Support: RN, MA, and surgical staff team
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
- Notes: Overtime applied after 12 hours per day
