**Position Highlights**
- Level II Trauma Center
- Coverage includes hospital ER call and outpatient clinic
- Dedicated PA support
- Must have a minimum 5 years of Level II experience
- Will accept trauma-experienced surgeons (no fellowship required if credentialable)

**Coverage**
- Start: December 25, 2025
- End: Ongoing (6–9 months)
- Schedule: 2 weeks per month
- Confirmed Dates:
- Dec 25 (7a) – Jan 1 (7a)
- Jul 1 (7a) – Jul 15 (7a)
- Aug 8 (7a) – Aug 15 (7a)
- Call Type: 24-hour call with 4 hours gratis
- Call Ratio: 24/7 ER coverage during assigned weeks
- Clinic: 3 mornings per week (M–F, schedule TBD)
- Level II Trauma Center
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery (preferred)
- WA license or active IMLC LOQ
- BLS and DEA
- Clean malpractice history preferred
- Availability must be provided at name clear

**Compensation**
- Rates (capped)
- Hourly: $325/hr
- On Call (24 hrs): $2,200/day (includes 4 gratis hours)
- Nightly Call: $315/night (includes 2 gratis hours)
- Call Back: $325/hr (after gratis)
- Malpractice: Covered
- Travel: Reimbursed

**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Hospital and outpatient clinic
- Average cases per day: 0–7
- Required procedures:
- Full spectrum of orthopedic trauma
- Excludes complex pelvic cases
- Support: Hospital staff and outpatient MA
