**Location: Wapello, IA**
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team, providing care for patients of all ages in a supportive and collaborative environment. If primary care is your passion and building lasting relationships with patients is your goal, this could be the right fit for you.
Position Highlights:
• Broad scope of practice, from acute visits and chronic disease management to preventive care and health promotion.
• Work alongside an experienced APP while maintaining a high degree of autonomy.
• Balanced mix of independent practice and team-based collaboration.
• Opportunity to perform in-office procedures, coordinate care, and provide patient education.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort with autonomy and interest in helping grow a service line.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $15k commencement bonus with high earning potential.
