Vascular Surgeon Partner Position
An established, physician-led vascular surgery group in Alaska is seeking a BC/BE vascular surgeon to join its growing team.
Practice Highlights
- Highly respected private-practice with a statewide referral reach
- Four surgery days and one clinic day per week
- Full scope vascular surgery, with an OBL and a hospital-based cath lab
- Average 20 patients per clinic day; 2–3 cases per day in the cath lab
- Dedicated APP for each physician
Compensation & Benefits
- $700K–$750K base salary, dependent on experience
- Partner track position, including potential ownership in practice real estate holdings
- 6 weeks of PTO, up to 12 weeks with partnership
- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
Clinical Practice & Technology
- Carotid endarterectomy
- Abdominal aortic aneurysm management
- Vascular bypass procedures
- Angioplasty and stenting
- Dialysis access and fistula procedures
- Comprehensive arterial and venous evaluations
- Ultrasound and vein care
