- Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm -- no overnight call, no weekends
- Build up to 15 patients daily -- 30-60 minute new visits, 15-20 minute returns
- 100% outpatient setting
- No EMG technician available -- provider must perform both EMG and NCV if offering
- Botox administration preferred
- 2-week on/off rotation required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
