**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 11/04/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p, 7p–7a); specific open dates in November 2025
- Patients per Shift: 18–20
- Daily ED Volume: 90–100
- Annual Volume: ~32,000
- Beds in Department: 22
- Setting: Inpatient & outpatient ED coverage
- EMR: Meditech 6.1
- Support: 2 APPs per shift, RN staff, open ICU

**Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Active NC license
- NC Medicaid credentialed and PECOS enrolled (required)
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean malpractice and background
- COVID vaccination required

**Clinical Details**
- Emergency medicine procedures expected
- Support services 24/7: anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedics, radiology
- L&D department onsite (no newborn deliveries to ED)
- Provider will supervise APPs

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
