 • Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital services and specialty referrals
 • Support Staff Available: Network of providers and clinical team
 • Reason for Coverage: Expansion and recruitment

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 • Licenses: Active NC medical license (or eligibility)
 • Board: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
 • DEA: Active DEA Certification required
 • Certifications: BLS required
 • Experience: New graduates and experienced physicians considered
 • Other Qualifications: Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
 • Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care
 • Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers for coordinated patient care
 • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in EMR
 • Participate in CME, hospital meetings, and administrative responsibilities
