Join a growing outpatient community practice in Mount Airy, NC, delivering full-spectrum family medicine across all ages—pediatrics through geriatrics. This full-time, permanent role offers a supportive, team-based environment with a four-day clinical workweek plus a half-day weekly for administrative duties. Start date is negotiable.

Clinical scope and volume

• Provide comprehensive preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• See an average of ~25 patients per day, including consults and follow-ups.
• Practice uses Epic EMR and benefits from full hospital services and specialty backup.

Facility and team

• Affiliated with a 133-bed facility.
• Collaborative staff includes physicians, APPs, nurses, and administrative personnel.
• Opening due to community outpatient practice growth.

Qualifications and compliance

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active NC medical license or eligibility to apply.
• Active DEA registration and BLS required.
• Credentialing timeline: 60–90 days.
• All experience levels considered; preference for those comfortable in team-based care.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $275,000 annually.
• Incentives: $50,000 sign-on bonus; RVU structure with $41.75 threshold at 500 RVUs/month.
• Relocation assistance: $25,000 (reimbursed after relocation).
• CME: $6,000 and five days.
• PTO/Holidays: 25 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient primary care and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and participate in practice development and quality initiatives.
