Position Overview:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician (MD or DO) to serve as Associate Chief Medical Officer within a regional health system in Eastern Wisconsin. This hybrid role blends administrative leadership with clinical practice and offers a chance to guide care delivery, optimize quality and performance metrics, and engage in meaningful cross-continuum collaboration.

Reports to: VP, Chief Medical Officer for Acute Care
Collaborative administrative leadership with system Nursing and Executive Leadership
Works with medical staff leaders to implement quality improvement, education, and regulatory alignment

Key Responsibilities:
Lead provider clinical initiatives and quality improvement efforts
Oversee clinical workflows and patient care delivery across the system
Facilitate integration and resource optimization
Support Joint Commission and regulatory compliance
Participate in system strategy and committee involvement
Foster coordination between hospital and ambulatory care teams
