PATIENT INFORMATION
 • Patient Demographics: Adults
 • Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 patients/day
 • Case Mix: Pain management patients (chronic and acute)

FACILITY INFORMATION
 • EMR System: Epic
 • Office Equipment Available: Standard clinical equipment
 • Specialty Backup Available: Physician onsite Fridays
 • Support Staff Available: Nursing and administrative staff
 • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
 • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
 • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
 • Pain medicine interventions including injections and neuromodulation
 • Follow-up care and medication management
 • Development of additional treatment plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 • Licenses: Active North Carolina license (Required)
 • Board: Board Certified in Pain Management
 • DEA: Active DEA Certification (Required)
 • Certifications: BLS and ACLS (Required)
 • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pain Management
 • Other Qualifications: Training and support provided by onsite physician

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 • Provide clinical pain management services including evaluations, follow-ups, and medication management
 • Perform pain medicine interventions such as injections and neuromodulation
 • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for chronic and acute pain patients
 • Collaborate with onsite physician for training and guidance on advanced pain management techniques
 • Document patient care accurately in the Epic EMR system
