Located in Wolfeboro, NH.
Permanent & Full Time Position.
**Description**
This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer for clinical governance, leadership and strategic oversight with the assistance of the Senior Director of Provider and Specialty Services in facilitating administrative operations.
The Pediatric APP provides comprehensive, family-centered pediatric care for patients from newborn through young adult (age limits as defined by practice). The APP delivers preventive care (well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screening), evaluates and manages acute and chronic pediatric conditions, coordinates care with specialists and community resources, and documents care in the EMR consistent with clinical guidelines, state law, and organizational policies.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s or graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program; Pediatric NP certification (CPNP-PC/AC or equivalent) OR NCCPA certification with pediatric experience.
Current, unrestricted state license as NP or PA (or ability to obtain).
National pediatric certification (e.g., CPNP, PNP-PC, or PA-C with pediatric focus) preferred.
Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain).
Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
Current BLS and PALS certification.
Strong clinical skills in pediatric outpatient medicine.
Effective communication skills with children, adolescents, and families.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic office productivity tools.
