Located ~75 miles from NYC | Full-Time Position
Job Details:
Full-time Psychiatry opportunity focused on Outpatient Clinic and Intensive Outpatient Programs
Monday through Friday schedule
Additional paid weekend coverage available (covers crisis, inpatient, and consults)
Involvement in teaching medical students and residents
Collaborative leadership structure with Chair and Director of Psychiatric Services
Supportive interdisciplinary team: includes RNs, APRNs, licensed social workers, counselors, and front office staff
Patient-centered approach to behavioral health delivery
EMR system and clinical operations designed for efficiency and quality
Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and care quality
Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for Connecticut medical license
Experience or interest in outpatient psychiatry and IOP preferred
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
