Marshall proudly serves the western slope of El Dorado County and has been expanding with the grwoth of our community and neighboring communities. As a nonprofit community healthcare provider located in the heart of the Sierra Foothills, our history stems back to 1956, when the community banded together to build a modern hospital. Since opening our doors in 1959, Marshall has been proud to maintain our status as an independent hospital whose governance remains local. Our mission is to improve the health of our community and offer health services of superior value and quality, centered on the goals and needs of our patients. Job Description

Work in the beautiful Sierra Gold Country of Northern California at an award-winning community hospital.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Outpatient practice only
4 days a week, plus plenty of time off for vacation and CME
Salary with productivity bonus and full benefits
- Average productivity bonus for the group: 80-120K/year
- Benefits around 100K
Up to $200,000 in recruitment incentives
Malpractice coverage
Minimal telephone call coverage
Manage a patient panel with an anticipated 18-20 patients per day
Optional office-based procedures (not required)
Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, and Specialists within 10 minutes
Flexibility in work schedule to support work-life balance

Collaborate effectively with APPs and other healthcare professionals

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate from an accredited medical school
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
MD or DO
Must be able to obtain a CA medical license
2 years practice experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Comfort with supervision and managing diverse patient populations
