* Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Clinic
* Schedule: 4-day work week (3 clinic days, 1 OR day)
* Call: 1:2 clinic call (low volume, home-based); facial trauma/ER call optional

**Position Highlights:**

* Full-time, permanent position with a well-established, two-provider ENT practice
* Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist
* Preferred subspecialty training in Otology or Laryngology
* Support team includes 2 audiologists and 1 APP
* Clinic volume: ~20–25 patients/day (40 min new / 20 min follow-up appts)
* Level III Trauma facility
* Newly constructed clinic space with procedure rooms and updated equipment
* Integrated within a large multi-specialty system offering robust referral base
* EMR: EPIC

**Requirements:**

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 3 years)
* Active Colorado license or ability to obtain
* DEA license (must be obtained before start)
* Clean malpractice history
* Subspecialty training in Otology or Laryngology – PREFERRED
* Must reside within 1 hour of Fort Collins or ability to relocate within 1 hour of Fort Collins

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* Base Salary Range: $413,000–$459,000 annually
* Quality and/or productivity bonuses may apply
