**Pediatric Cardiology Opening in Las Vegas, NV**
Full-Time | Permanent | Cardiac ICU | Academic Affiliation
A leading children's hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join its highly specialized 14-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team.
* Provide critical care in a state-of-the-art 14-bed CICU
* Manage over 400 pediatric cardiac surgeries annually
* Collaborate with robust ECMO and congenital heart catheterization programs
* Participate in care across a 24-bed tertiary Pediatric ICU and a newly opened 30-bed Pediatric Emergency Department
* Support pediatric and neonatal transport services
* Contribute to teaching and academic development with residents from the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Medicine (Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine)
* Provide procedural sedation services as part of a comprehensive children’s care team
* Be part of a rotating schedule that includes on-call and weekend responsibilities
* Join a mission-driven team dedicated to best practices and clinical excellence in pediatric cardiac critical care
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in:
* Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiology with CICU training or Double-boarded in Pediatric Critical Care and Cardiology
* Active Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain
* DEA and CSR/CDS – Must be obtained prior to start
* Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area
