Seeking a motivated, board-certified or board-eligible Nocturnist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be full-time and passionate about delivering excellent patient care within a supportive, physician-led environment.

* Schedule: Six-on, nine-off; 144 twelve-hour shifts/year (extra shifts available)
* Provide overnight hospitalist care
* Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers across hospital locations
* Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management
* Support a closed ICU managed by Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows
* Engage in mentoring and collaborative teamwork
* Physician-led medical group with nearly 1,600 providers

**Qualifications:**

* Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (0-5 years post-residency)
* Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
* DEA license (required prior to start)

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Compensation: $252,000 - $280,000 annually + potential bonuses
