Requirements:
• Graduate of a Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program (new grads may be considered with prior NICU/Peds experience)
• Current RN and NP licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
• NP Furnishing license (within 3 months of hire)
• DEA (or proof of application within 3 months of hire)
• Meets CMS criteria to bill Medicare
• Current AHA-HCP CPR
• Credentialed through Medical Staff and Finance office
• NRP within 6 months of hire
• PALS within 6 months of hire
• Desired: National Certification (PNP specialty), bilingual Spanish, NICU/pediatric acute care experience, intubation and emergency umbilical line placement experience
• Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
• Ability to work independently with diverse populations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
• Reflective of organizational core values
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: $114,000 – $186,000 annually
